New years style (and celebration) is always so much fun, but I cannot justify spending much on a glitzy outfit that I’m probably only going to wear once!
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for dressing up in something sparkly to bring in the new year, but I’m not spending much on the shiny stuff. It’s so easy to find one shimmery piece that’s inexpensive, and pair it with stuff you’ve already got sitting in your closet!
I stopped into Target and picked up this bodysuit for $14 as a new years option! I styled it with these jeans, this jacket, and black booties I’ve had for years. (similar pair, similar pair)
I’m hoping this will give you guys some inspo, so you don’t feel the need to break the bank on a glittery get up! I’ve also included a bunch of glamorous options for under $15 that you can get in time for the big celebration!
Satin T-Back Camisol – $7 (Also comes in black)
I would style this with a black suede moto jacket, black distressed jeans, and black suede booties!
Lace Up Back Sparkly Mini Dress – $14
This would be really cute with black over the knee boots like these and a black fuzzy jacket like this!
Silver Tube Top – $14
There is a matching skirt available for $14 if you’re looking for a set, but I would just get the top and wear it with high waisted leather leggings like these, and black heels like these!
Magnetic Closure Clutch – $15
This also comes in blue, gold, rose gold, black, and dark purple. Your options are really endless here, because this can spice up any outfit!
Icicle Drop Earrings – $12.99
Okay typically I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy a pair of $12 earrings, but I think if you’re only going to wear them for a few hours you’ll be okay lol. Again, these could really go with anything you’ve got! I’d wear them with a black off the shoulder sweater like this one, leather skirt like this, and black booties like these!
Ballet Layered Midi Skirt – $15
This one you could definitely wear again after the new year, because it’s not so glitzy. I would style it with a black long sleeve and black heels like the photo, paired with some statement earrings like these! Or your could wear it with a white chunky sweater front tucked with a statement necklace and nude heels like these!
